Finally we get some sanity in the market place.  For too long now speculators and non-owners have driven the prices of housing up at a pace really not healtly for most of Utah buyers.  A steady market is by far better for our young buyers, and young families trying to get their first home.  Hopefully the market will settle into a better pace for those whom we serve, the homeowners in Utah.  Bob

Rocky Mountain Realty has introduced many new tools.  An automated seller net sheet, an automated buyer’s cost sheet, a complete online support system with forms, marketing materials and more.  Our introduction of the e-partner program is also a valueable tool.  When you list a home, it goes on 300 community based web-sites that is networked with 25,000  sites through-out the country.  This provides excellent internet marketing for our clients.  We believe that technology will continue to play a major role in the future of sellers, buyers, and realtors.
